This is just a list of prime numbers, next prime number is 13

Answer: 13

PS: to those that choose 17, you went by
3 + 5 - 1 = 7
5 + 7 - 1 = 11
7 + 11 - 1 = 17
But, see it doesn't work for 2 + 3 - 1 which is 4 and not 5, that's how you should know 17 can't be the answer.
